Sinopse: Uryu Kamihate é um estudante colegial que está tentando entrar na Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de Quioto. Depois de ser acolhido pelo sacerdote chefe do Santuário Amagami, ele descobre que para viver e um dia herdar o santuário, ele precisa se casar com umas das três irmãs sacerdotisas: Yae, Yuna ou Asahi.
